What you can expect Your first appointment will be about 20 minutes longer to accommodate a review of your health history. Knowledge of past as well as current health conditions such as accidents, injuries, surgeries, and medications, as well as information about frequent activities allows me to develop an approach that will best meet your individual needs. As we work together, I may be able to suggest some specific yoga postures that might be beneficial. Clients always have the option of scheduling a private yoga session, for which I can generate a customized sequence of postures that can be practiced at home. Please attempt to schedule appointments at least one week in advance whenever possible. |
